Symptoms
There are many
types of Acne pimples such as: whiteheads,
blackheads, papules, cysts, pustules etc.
One or more of the
many types of Acne pimples may form on one or
more places on the face, neck, back, or chest.
Most people deal
with Acne at some point in their life with
teenagers and young people suffering with the
most outbreaks.
Home Remedies For Acne
One of the most
important things you can do is to keep the skin
as clean as possible. Avoid scented soaps and
unnecessary chemicals to be put on your skin.
A second thing to
do to help or avoid many skin problems is to
drink a lot of water to help keep your skin
hydrated.
In the following
remedies and in general it can increase the
effectiveness by washing off the affected skin
area with hot compresses followed by cold
compresses to help kill the bacteria that cause
pimples.
1) Smear a crushed
strawberry on the affected skin area daily and
leave it on for about 15 minutes and wash it off.
2) Rub 1/2 of a
tomato on the affected skin area. Leave it on
about 15 minutes and wash it off.
3) Apply lemon
juice to the affected skin area and Leave it on
for about 15 minutes and wash it off.
4) Apply onion
juice to the affected skin area and leave it on
for about 15 minutes and wash it off.
5) At bedtime put
a dab of regular toothpaste - not a gel on the
pimples and leave it on for about 15 minutes and
wash it off.
6) Apply a paste
made of water and baking soda to the affected
skin area and leave it on for about 5 to 10
minutes and wash it off.
Many people spend
a lot of time and money on highly promoted
pharmacy cures for acne, and find them not
bringing the expected results.
It would not hurt
to try some of the many natural home remedies,
and see if you can get equal or better outcomes
with less cost and side effects.
